實習結束時間2024年2月底每周工作時間4-5天JOB DEｓｃｒｉｐｔION:1. Be responsible for monthly payroll reports preparation for payment2. Support to implement business process changes when required due to company policies, labor agreements and legislative/tax requirements3. Coordinate system changes with the Payroll Development Analyst, HRIT, and GIS. Provide documentation of process changes to peers and internal partners4. Provide support to employee payroll related questions5. Process the payroll relevant payment, e.g. social insurance, housing fund, etc6. Support compensation team and finance team about reporting and data collection7. Support payroll process improvement based on escalated enquiries from team members and employeesBasic requirements:1, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, statistics, finance or related; 2, Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT;3. Good organization and communication skills4. Strong customer service orientation;5. Proactive and good learning ability; 6. Internship period: 5-6 months;
